Description :OK, we have to be honest with you, here is a railroad tool that we accually don't know what it is, but, at the auction they said it was for stretching telegraph wires. We have never seen one of these before so that could or could not be correct. It is marked at 2 places C.V.R.R (Cumberland Valley Railroad). It is in nice condition.
