We offer a complete line of Excavating & Paving in Franklin County Pennsylvania (some services are also offered in Fulton County, Pa).   Including both Commercial and Residential asphalt Paving (black top), Public and Private Water & Sewer, Site Preparation and Final Grading for both Commercial and Residential buildings. We lay out and build Parking lots, Roads and Streets along with Private Driveways.  Install conduit for public utilities such as electric, telephone and cable.  In addition, we haul and deliver Slate / Shale, Stone, Sand, Top Soil, Fill and Mulch.  We do Commercial Snow removal and apply anti-skid (Mercersburg area only),

We will give free estimates for all our jobs but please understand that residential paving needs to be booked a year in advance. Commercial Paving is scheduled in accordance to the completion date on the bid form.  We take pride in our work and all jobs are done properly.  We do not and will not take short cuts to get a job done.  We believe that " Any job worth doing, is worth doing right" no exceptions. 

Examples of our Commercial Paving can be seen at: Sycamore Drive Mercersburg Academy, Front Street Mercersburg Academy, First National Bank of Mercersburg Main Office, AppleJack Drive Montgomery  Township, Mellott's Manufacturing, Mercersburg Lions Club, First United Methodist Church of Mercersburg or the Mercersburg VFW.   For reasons of privacy we can not list private residential driveways on this site, but will provide the locations of examples to those receiving estimates so you have a chance to review our work. All work is overseen and inspected by the company owners on a daily bases.

Below left is one of the company owners Rob McCulloh at age 12 rolling blacktop at the James Buchanan Middle School in the summer of 1980.  On the right at age 38 he is still rolling blacktop 25 years later in the fall of 2005.
